As a Gender Specialist, I mainly serve the therapy needs for transgender, gender non-binary, gender non-conforming, gender questioning, queer and LGBTQ+ folx. Having established relationships as a mental health provider in the Sacramento area for over 15 years, I am connected and committed to the health of my Sacramento community. I primarily work with adults, and have worked with families, adolescents, children and couples.

I honor each person’s experience and what they bring to the therapeutic process. I have experience working with diverse folx and embrace people bringing their whole selves into therapy.

As I am passionately committed to the LGBTQ+ community, I have worked extensively with transgender and gender non-binary people in therapy and helping them access medical procedures or surgery for their medical transition. Whether you want to process some of your feelings, or are looking for a letter for top surgery or bottom surgery, I have the education, training and experience to assist you. I am up front about costs associated with gender health evaluations for letters, and am happy to answer any questions about the process.

When you reach out, feel free to offer up some general days and times to reach you for a short 15-minute free consultation. Think of any questions you might want to ask me during that 15-minute consultation to better understand if I might be a good fit for your needs.

I look forward to connecting with you!
